Refund Policy
Effective Date: February 2, 2026
1. Project-Based Services
For project-based engagements, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your Statement of Work (SOW). Generally, advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Milestone-Based Payments
Payments made for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. For in-progress milestones, refunds may be prorated based on work completed at the time of cancellation.
3. Cancellation by Client
Clients may cancel services with written notice. Any refund will be calculated based on work completed, resources allocated, and third-party costs incurred.
4. Cancellation by Optential Ventures
In rare cases where Optential Ventures cannot complete a project, we will provide a full refund for any work not yet delivered or provide alternative arrangements as agreed upon.
5. Refund Process
Refund requests should be made in writing to hello@optentialventures.com. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
