If any row is altered or deleted, the hash chain is disrupted, signaling a potential security breach and triggering an alert within the system.

To effectively capture changes automatically, consider utilizing Database Triggers or Middleware. For instance, in a Node.js environment, an AuditInterceptor can be employed to wrap each repository call, ensuring that no data change occurs "silently." This guarantees complete audit coverage while relieving developers from the burden of manually inserting log statements for every feature.
